22. @Kinshii’s gallery: The young man killed was a student from Valdosta State University in Georgia. The shooter was from Ft. Lauderdale so they never knew each other before encountering each other at Spring Break. I’ve read that it stemmed from the victim talking to a girl that the shooter wanted to talk to and she chose the victim to leave with. Maybe some words were exchanged afterwards as well. At the end of the day, stupid and senseless.
