BRADENTON — The adventures of Pookie & Ray Ray continue. Residents of Bradenton, Florida are in mourning after 28-year-old Javontee Brice murdered his mother, 48-year-old Titimysha Scott, his ex-girlfriend, 31-year-old Charel Carter, and his cousin, 29-year-old Sacouva Jonquila Brice, before gettin’ blown to smithereens. The killing spree transpired within a 2-hour window on June 25, 2024. According to multiple reports, Javontee — a father of 12 — went to an apartment where his sister and an ex-girlfriend were residing. He told his ex “I have to kill you,” but, fortunately, his sister talked him out of it. Next, Javontee went to Motel 6 where Titimysha, her boyfriend and his two sisters were staying. Javontee looked at Titimysha, told her “I’m sorry,” pulled out a gun, and opened fire — killing his mom in front of the others. A male guest heard gunshots and called police.
“There’s blood everywhere,” he told the operator.
“Room 234. It’s a female on the floor. She’s gone.”
Next, Javontee went to a cookout and murdered Sacouva before traveling to Charel’s residence and killing her. Javontee was on his way to kill another ex-girlfriend when he was stopped by deputy sheriffs. Rather than surrender, Javontee fired his gun — causing a shootout. He received a dirt nap minutes later. “He came out of the car shooting at deputies. They returned fire,” Manatee County Sheriff Rick Wells told reporters. “We don’t know what set him off. We don’t know why he chose to kill his loved ones.”
Scuttlebutt has it, Javontee — a down-low felon with a lengthy rap sheet — went berserk after he was caught having sex with Sacouva (his blood cousin).

Javontee was an unemployed, non compos mentis poet who suffered from mental illness.
He was prescribed medication but refused to take it.
Ladies, choose better.
Social media reaction was vicious and racist.
One commenter wrote, “His poems sucked.”
Another chimed in with, “Sleeping with your cousin? White people made this normal. Now, other ethnicities are doing it.”
A third person added, “Any man who writes poetry is fruity!”

I find it interesting that they don’t mention his diagnosis. If I had to guess- schizophrenia or bipolar disorder or borderline and paranoid personality disorder with delusions.
