The 31-year-old raptress is calling it quits after 6 years of holy matrimony. Cardi filed for divorce over the weekend just minutes before she announced she’s expecting a third child with her estranged hubby, Offset. To compound matters, Cardi is seeking child support for all three kids and full custody. In her dissolution docs, the “Enough” rapper cited “irreconcilable differences” with no chance of reuniting. Surprisingly, the divorce has nothin’ to do with infidelity. It’s simply a matter of two people growing apart. “She has two kids already, is pregnant and is also a working mom,” a close source told TMZ. “She’d love to have a great marriage too, but she needs to end it.”
Translation: Cardi is ready for a new phallus.
“They are still friendly and will co-parent,” the source said.
“It’s not just one issue. She’s matured a lot. She knows exactly what she wants her life to look like.”
If you recall, Cardi filed for divorce in 2020 after she caught Offset f*ckin’ other bitches. But she changed her mind amid trepidation of becoming a single mom. The marriage has been rocky ever since. A divorce was inevitable. “It’s been a long time coming,” the source said. Social media reaction was wild. One commenter wrote, “She ain’t gone do nothin’ but get back with his ass. They do this every 5 business days.” Another chimed in with, “Offset must be amazing in bed because he’s not attractive at all. I support her divorcing him. That way, he can cheat in peace.” A third person added, “They’ll be together by Christmas.”
