DETROIT — This week’s “I F*cked Up A Good Job Award” goes to Detroit Judge Kenneth King who was removed from the docket after he locked up 15-year-old Eva Goodman for falling asleep in his courtroom. The mortifying ordeal transpired on August 13, 2024 while Eva was visiting the 36th District Court. The teen was there on a field trip with the nonprofit group “Greening of Detroit.” Judge King, who’s black, noticed her nodding off and blew a gasket. “You fall asleep in my courtroom one more time, I’m gonna put you in back, understood?” he fumed. “One thing you’ll learn about my courtroom is I’m not a toy, I’m not to be played with.” As soon as Eva dozed off again, Judge King had her handcuffed and forced her to wear a jail jumpsuit. He was subsequently suspended as he undergoes “sensitivity training.” Plus, he was slapped with a $75,000 lawsuit.
Colleen Robar, a rep for “Greening of Detroit,” lauded the comeuppance because Judge King “chose to make an example of a 15-year-old girl in front of her peers.”
Eva’s mom told reporters her daughter was exhausted because they’re homeless, residing with family, and getting very little rest. She also said, “My daughter is hurt. She is feeling scared.” What’s my take? If you’re new to Mass Appeal, I have two demographic categories for negroes: 1) Black people. And, 2) Dumbass black folks. It’s imperative you comprehend the dissimilarity.
Look, every pigmentation has assholes.
Caucasians call their’s “poor white trash” and Hispanics refer to their scum as “wetbacks.”
For negroes, it’s “dumbass black folks” and Judge King is a perfect fit.
Keep in mind, the classification has nothing to do with one’s education and/or mazuma. Lots of dumbass black folks have college degrees and pecuniary resources, and I hate their f*ckin’ guts. Ku Klux Klan be damned, dumbass black folks are the true enemy of black people. See, bigotry from other ethnicities rarely piss me off because I expect nothing less.
Their opinions are practically irrelevant because I harbor diminutive expectations.
I do, however, care about the deportment of negroes because I’ve set lofty standards for my people.
That’s why I despise dumbass black folks.
In addition to Judge King, Uncle Tom and Pookie & Ray Ray help comprise the demographic.

No matter the circumstances it proves that this female can’t handle being told to wake up from an authoritative figure. She could’ve addressed the judge in a professional manner why she fell asleep but she decided to get nasty. That’s why the judge did what he did. No amount of disrespect should be given no matter what your circumstances are.
I condone what that judge did. Too many young people got a smart mouth these days. Everybody is overlooking that fact. She better be lucky it was a judge that put her in her place. When she actually go out into the real world and fall asleep and gets fired what’s going to happen then? A judge is more understanding than an employer. All she could’ve done was explain why she fell asleep. But no, she had to get smart. Her mother didn’t teach her how to respect her elders I guess. But she gets a pass because her mother has been put in a situation where they can’t get out of.
It was her attitude that got her in trouble. Not her background.
He used his power “POWER” to treat a teenager who is homeless like something less than. Life is not fair for some.
Training? He’s been on the court since 2006. He’s trained. Training isn’t his issue. His judgement and choice to abuse his judicial power and literally kidnap and abuse a minor needs a conviction as a corrective action. Not training.

Had I been this child’s teacher, I absolutely would have been arrested that day. There is NO WAY I would have allowed them to cuff her or dress her in that outfit. Absolutely not! After humiliating and brutalizing that girl psychologically for absolutely nothing, when is falling asleep a crime? Without any remorse or apology, he offers to do what? Mentor her??? I most definitely question his judgement, or lack there of. He gets sensibility training, my foot. The sensibility training he needs is to be forced to put on a jail jumpsuit, get handcuffed, stand where the girl stood and have the girl sit where he sat and get berated by her, then he would be sensible to what it felt like when he did it to her.

I would question why this was an appropriate place for a field trip.
So, a rich ex president, found guilty in court, can fall asleep throughout his trial, on top of fart and possibly defecate in his diapers, but a young girl in a field trip, I assume to learn about the process of the law at a court, falls a sleep, or maybe nods in the court and then gets arrested and humiliated without a crime to pursue at all? Explain that to me.
Finally a judge that is trying to teach a brat a lesson and he gets condemned by idiots! Judge King is an egomaniac and jackass. He shouldn’t ever be allowed to return to the bench. He is misogynistic and I saw a previous exchange with a female attorney where he mentioned being “disrespected” a year ago. I hope that attorney is laughing at his suspension and I hope Eva’s mother sued his ass. He should never have a chance to mentor her as Eva has taught his pompous ass a lesson. Failing asleep on a field trip isn’t a crime. I hope his wife is safe because he seems abusive.

Instead, she goes in the court and goes to sleep. She didn’t say they didn’t have a place to sleep, she said they didn’t have a permanent place of their own, there is a difference. Now this girl is going to take this situation, and, in her mind, she can act and do what she wants and it’s ok, hell you can even try and get some money from it.
