Jilted lover murdered court members to eschew prison

Brian Nichols snapped in court/Crime Corner

Jilted lover went on killing spree.

Blog King, Mass Appeal

ATLANTA — Hell hath no fury like a defendant scorned. Crime Corner released the murderous documentary of Brian Gene Nichols, 52, who waltzed into the Fulton County Courthouse and killed everybody connected to his case to eschew an all expenses paid vacation in the federal penitentiary. The killing spree transpired on the morning of March 11, 2005 in Atlanta, Georgia. According to court docs, Brian was on trial for allegedly kidnapping, raping and beating the sh*t out of his cheating girlfriend after he caught her f*cking a minister from their church. Ain’t that a bitch? See, that’s why I don’t trust today’s pastors. Telling you dawg, they ain’t nothin’ but a bunch of fornicating, adulterous, tax-eluding, rapacious, greasy-ass mothaf*ckas. Ok, I digress. Back to the topic. While being escorted from a holding room, Brian overpowered a diminutive female deputy.

Then he snatched her gun and used it to smoke four law enforcement workers: a court reporter, Superior Court Judge Rowland Barnes, a Fulton County Sheriff’s deputy and later a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent. Brian took off running. But, 26 hours after a massive manhunt was launched, the jilted lover was busted and taken into custody.

Prosecutors charged Brian with an additional 54 crimes that transpired while he absconded. A conviction ensued and, in lieu of the death penalty, he received multiple life sentences. Brian apologized, then blamed marijuana for the killing spree. That’s how you know he’s a goddamn lie. Weed relaxes you, whereas cocaine and heroin will have you doing all kinds of wild sh*t.

Um… or so I heard. Lol.

When you puff a blunt, the munchies and a nap ensues.

Killing mothaf*ckas is the last thing on your mind.

Social media reaction was venomous.

One commenter wrote, “This is exactly why we should not have women cops. Most men are stronger and bigger. It didn’t take much for him to take the female officer down.”

Another chimed in with, “He was innocent and had proof he was innocent. The woman said she lied, but they kept on trying to charge him. He snapped.”

A third viewer added, “Imagine killing 4 people and you get to live out your life. Some cases should automatically be the death penalty.”

Scuttlebutt has it Judge Barnes was about to dismiss Brian’s case due to lack of corroboration.

Had he been patient, he would’ve become a free man.

Damn, that’s f*cked up.

Watch the explosive documentary.

  1. He killed because they knew the charges against him was against a women and they let a women escort him alone. He basically probably was going to spend the rest of his life in prison and had nothing to loose, He knew he was guilty. Judges like to taunt defendants so might be why he shot the judge

  2. Not at all victim blaming but common sense screams dont allow a single armed guard ESPECIALLY a weaker female armed guard into the room of an uncuffed violent inmate!! What a horrific day for so many people that def should of and could of been prevented!js

  3. Good chance this man may have been genuinely insane, possibly from CTE. Nobody in their right mind would do this especially when they haven’t even been found guilty yet

  4. About to do Life in Prison ABSOLUTELY TAKE OUT REDRACIST DOGS and A TRAINED,OBEDIENT HOUSE NIGGA,
    GREAT JOB BROTHER

  5. How tf you can’t decide on the death penalty, he should have been on the the first chair smoking

  6. I ain’t mad at him at all! You KKK-RACKERS are lucky all black ppl don’t do this!

  7. Ain’t no weed make you wanna go on a killing spree that was definitely something else I pray for all that were affected by this senseless killings just sad

  8. Not drugs it was the crooked Fulton county system. If crooked Fulton county would have had it’s ducks in a row he would not have even been able to do this murdering. It is all crooked slack Fulton countys fault. They got what they had coming for decades.

  9. Fulton County law enforcement is very Sloppy and failed their community

  10. his marijuana has to be laced with something else. There’s no way that he was only using marijuana…. Demonic spirits..

  11. And the saddest part about this the judge was going to let this motherfucker walk free…. And now after all of this I believe he did rape and sodomized his girlfriend at the time…. Guess he”ll blame that on weed too not the fact that he got caught cheating got a baby on her and she’s didn’t want to deal with his shit…

  12. I think he did not want to go to prison with the label as a “rapist” as an inmate.

  13. What’s crazy is the Judge didn’t want to retrial this man after a hung jury then the job was planning on letting him go because of lack of evidence of the crime. Did this man really get that desperate because maybe he wasn’t guilty of the charges regarding his ex longtime girlfriend….very sad so many ppl lost their life that day….smh

  14. Why is there only a female officer with a criminal that nobody feels safe with? Ridiculous

  15. This whole situation is unbelievable. Nichols was found with shanks in his shoes the day before but they allowed one deputy to escort him the very next day. What a complete fu%$up.

  16. The fact that he was never truly guilty for the original rape charge and was sentenced unjustly due to a lie . He then snapped.

  17. He killed everyone in court to avoid prison and goes to prison anyway 🤣🤣🤣

  18. This is why I dont like being in places like court houses where I cant carry my own gun. Even there were not safe.

  19. JUDGE: I sentence you to 11 life sentences–but only 4 without parole
    NICHOLS: So you’re saying there’s a chance!

  20. So he was on trial for sexual charges, but decides to upgrade his charges to multiple homicides.

  21. I feel like a life sentence is worse than the death penalty because you have to suffer through some shit until you die.

  22. As law officials you should always be on defense at all times. Thats literally your ONE job.

  23. Brian Nichols is an urban legend in Atlanta.

When you think about it, it’s a wonder no one ever took a gun from an officer in a courtroom before this guy did.

  24. Lol damn not only did he get multiple life sentences but he got em to be surved consecutively lmao and not concurrent. Mfer can’t even start start his second sentence til he dies

  25. I think she lied on that man and he was like shit they bout to lock me up for forever so fuk it

  26. SO THEY LET DIS DEVIL KILL A JUDGE & THEY ALL SCARED OF HIM & NOT EXECUTE HIM?

  27. As a 15 year correctional officer veteran, the most evil inmate I’ve encountered is a guy that escaped prison, went to his family and killed his parents, his siblings, and a friend and cut up all of their bodies and tossed it into a river. Only reason he was caught because an officer saw blood on his trunk and took him in for questioning and found out he was a fugitive.
