ATLANTA — When the 50/50 rule goes terribly wrong. Vid Chron Ultra released a relationship drama that shows a boujee, stay-at-home girlfriend — Tara — berating her boyfriend, David, for losing his job. Then she kicked him out the house because he couldn’t afford to buy her a new purse. The high-maintenance damsel learned her friend got the handbag, and she wanted one too. “Baby look, the purse is on sale,” Tara told David as soon as he walked in from a hard day’s work. “I have to get it. The purse is on sale. The sale ends within 24 hours. I have to get this now.” When David told Tara his company shut down and he’d like her to get a part-time job to help with expenses, babygirl guffawed uncontrollably. “Ha Ha Ha! Are you kidding me?” Tara cracked. “I’m not working. My mama raised me to be a wife, not to do a man’s job.” Feeling mortified, David asked, “Are you serious?”
Tara retorted, “I’m dead serious. You can not stay in this house without a job. And, as a matter of fact, you can’t come back until you have one. You have three days, and the only reason you got those three days is because the mortgage needs to be paid and I know you got another check coming. You promised to pay the mortgage when we moved in together, so I’m gonna need it paid.”
Damn, that’s cold.
To compound matters, David deposited all of his money into Tara’s bank account. The mortgage was also in her name. That means he didn’t have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out. Then, to add insult to unemployment, Tara took his cash and went on a week’s vacation. Ain’t that a bitch? While Tara was gone, her best friend — Melody — showed up unannounced to console David.
The rest is history.

Relationships are built on trust and honesty. Not on finance and greed! David and Melody continue to live happily ever after and now have three children together along with a flourishing company. Tara went from man to man, desperately seeking for one to provide her with the lavish lifestyle she dreamed of, only to fail. She also tried to sue David and Melody, but was charged with contempt of court after making a scene due to losing the lawsuit. She’s still in prison to this very day and has no one to turn to.
She let a good man go
If she wasn’t good enough to be there for him during his struggles, she doesn’t deserve to be there for his success. Marriage is an equal partnership and he is definitely to good for her.
Never burn a bridge that you will need to cross over eventually.
The moral of the story is never use someone with a good heart because they’ll always receive their blessings and yours can be truly taken away. David got his life back on track. Him and Melody became successful and ended up having kids after they’re happily married. Tara’s life went downhill after she lost her house, job and everything and she became homeless and live on the streets alongside the other homeless people outside. Here’s what could’ve happened if Tara should be faithful to David. Remember, to always let love lead the way! Sharing is caring. ❤
